ATTORNEY

James M. McLaughlin is an attorney at Sullivan & Sullivan LLP with extensive experience in personal injury law. He began his legal career as an Assistant District Attorney in Norfolk County before moving into private practice with several Massachusetts firms. Over the course of his career, he has participated in hundreds of mediations and arbitrations and has tried numerous cases across the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

James earned his J.D. from Suffolk University Law School and his B.A. from Boston College. He is admitted to practice in Massachusetts and in the United States District Court.
