Michaela Weaver
ATTORNEY
Michaela Weaver is an attorney with significant experience in personal injury litigation. Before joining Sullivan & Sullivan LLP, she served as an Associate Trial Attorney at Keches Law Group, where she gained extensive trial experience in both state and federal courts across multiple jurisdictions.
Michaela earned her B.A., cum laude, from Quinnipiac University, where she majored in Sociology and minored in Psychology and Legal Studies. She earned her J.D. from Suffolk University Law School, graduating with Distinction in the Trial & Appellate Advocacy Concentration. While at Suffolk, she was a member of the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court Pro Bono Honor Roll and competed on the law school’s nationally ranked trial team.
She is admitted to practice in Massachusetts and the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts and has been admitted pro hac vice in Rhode Island, Connecticut, Vermont, New York, Utah, and Oregon. Michaela is a member of the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys, the Women’s Bar Association of Massachusetts, and the Norfolk County Bar Association.
Michaela is the recipient of numerous awards, including the Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly 2023 Excellence in the Law award in the category of Up & Coming Lawyer, which recognizes Massachusetts attorneys who have been practicing for 10 years or fewer and have already distinguished themselves in the legal community. In 2024 she received a Leaders in the Law award from Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly for securing one of the Top Verdicts involving a wrongful death slip-and-fall on snow and ice that year. For four consecutive years (2022-2025) she has received the Massachusetts Super Lawyers Rising Star award, which recognizes attorneys who are 40 or younger or have been in practice for 10 years or fewer.
In her free time, she enjoys skiing, golfing, listening to true crime podcasts, and spending time with friends and family.
