Meredith J. McGair
Meredith J. McGair is an attorney with extensive experience in civil litigation. Before joining Sullivan & Sullivan LLP, she spent 11 years as staff counsel for a multinational insurance carrier, serving as Senior Counsel and Liability Practice Group Leader. In that role, she defended individuals and corporations in personal injury lawsuits, managed high-exposure matters, tried numerous cases to verdict, held leadership positions at both local and national levels, contributed to national trial advocacy initiatives, and mentored attorneys and paralegals.
Earlier in her career, Meredith was an associate attorney at a Boston personal injury firm, representing clients in wrongful death actions, construction site accidents, motor vehicle accidents, medical malpractice, and other liability matters.
She is admitted to the bars of Massachusetts and New Hampshire. Meredith earned her B.A. in Psychology from Vassar College, where she was a two-year captain of the women’s basketball team, and her J.D. from Suffolk University Law School.
