Thomas P. Kelley
MANAGING PARTNER
Thomas P. Kelley, Managing Partner, joined Sullivan & Sullivan as an associate in November 2011. He represents clients in a wide range of litigation matters, focusing on work-related construction site accidents and product liability. He also has experience in motor vehicle accident, premises liability, and slip-and-fall cases.
Thomas earned his J.D. from Suffolk University Law School in 2011. He holds two degrees in History from Clemson University, graduating magna cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in 2005 and a master’s degree in 2007. His master’s thesis, “Obedience to the Majority: Perception and the American Flint Glass Workers’ Union in Massachusetts, 1866–1888,” reflects his deep interest in labor and legal history—interests that inspired his career representing hardworking people injured on the job through the negligence of third parties.
Thomas is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association and the Norfolk County Bar Association. In his free time, he enjoys cooking and competing in local trivia contests.
