Robert P. Turner is Of Counsel at Sullivan & Sullivan LLP. His practice focuses on representing severely injured clients, with particular emphasis on construction site incidents, product liability, and serious vehicle accidents resulting in catastrophic injury or death. He has secured numerous seven-figure verdicts and settlements, including some of the largest in Massachusetts in their respective years.
Robert has tried hundreds of cases in federal and state courts with outstanding results and has extensive experience in jury trials, mediations, arbitrations, and summary jury trials. He holds the AV Preeminent Rating from Martindale-Hubbell—the highest distinction for legal expertise, communication, and ethical standards based on peer and judicial review—and has been recognized as a Top Rated Lawyer by The Boston Globe.
He earned his Juris Doctor from Suffolk University Law School, graduating cum laude and in the top 10% of his class, and his Bachelor of Arts in English from Boston College, where he wrote for the university newspaper. Earlier in his career, Robert served as an Assistant District Attorney in the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office, Major Violators Division, in Boston.
Outside of work, Robert enjoys golf, running, and spending time with his family.
